Everyone has one of those, the days where even getting out of bed is a chore, where nothing works and where you want to just pull the blanket over your head and declare the day a loss.
This is where self-care is your friend. I call these days to pamper to the max days :)
I take long baths, watch tv-shows I love, doodle, journal, knit, each chocolate, play games, create, sit around and do nothing and more fun stuff :)
And most importantly, I wear my favourite pyjamas.
The magical result of all this pampering is that I feel loads better by the end of the day than I did at the beginning. If not, I need more pampering!
So the next time you have an off-day, stop grumping around and treat yo'self! You deserve it :)
